The Entrepreneurs Monthly Meet-up – Startup School is a FREE 3-day programme for students and graduates that are 19+ and based in the Liverpool City Region. The Startup School is running on Wednesday 28th | Thursday 29th | and Friday 30th June – 9.30am-4.30pm over 3-days.

The Startup School involves learning:

– About entrepreneurship
– The processes to successfully design | develop | and create a commercial or social enterprise
– Creating a pitch and pitching that to others for questions and feedback

In addition to this:

• • 6 entrepreneurs will be talking to the group to provide insights into setting up and running successful ventures.
  • 6 of the participants are also going to be offered the opportunity to pitch to a panel of local experts to win start-up funding.
  • A total of £2000 is available in £750 | £500 | £250 | £200 | £175 | and £150 grants.
  • The winners of the grants are also going to be provided with some mentorship and ongoing support from UoL Entrepreneurship Society.
  • There will be a graduation ceremony with certificates and photos as everyone that completes the Startup School receives a Level 1 Award in Entrepreneurship.
  • Following that is a small PARTY with pizza and refreshments to all celebrate completing the programme!
  • You will also be provided with FREE refreshments | snacks | and lunch on the three days.

The Startup School is running on Wednesday 28th | Thursday 29th | and Friday 30th June – 9.30am-4.30pm on all 3-days.  The sessions are going to be held in the University of Liverpool International College– that’s located on – 1 Paddington Village | L7 3F

The Entrepreneur in Residence and Senior Lecturer in the Brett Centre for Entrepreneurship are going to be delivering the sessions with the help of others – like 6 entrepreneurs that are going to be talking to the group to provide insights into setting-up and running successful ventures.
